  If you are looking at buying or selling in my personal experience you will not find a better service than Waterfront Properties Redcliffe. I was fortunate enough to be assisted predominantly by Kerry Bostock to my understanding one of the principals of the family run business. You will not find a more professional service with exceptional local knowledge. Kerry went above and beyond in and outside of working hours. She always returned phone calls and was pro active throughout the process. I was in the market for 6 mths and in that time dealt with at least 8 other real estate agents in the area. I personally in a customer service role was disgusted by the lack of customer service. It was a hassle even to get a return phone call to leaving a voice message "Im ready to make an offer". As a seller or a buyer it your are reading this save yourself the time I've done the leg work THIS IS YOUR AGENCY AND AGENT!! thanks Kerry & the team at WPR.

  Tamara Borghardt manages my rental property in Redcliffe and I must say I have found the most dedicated, hard working, honest and reliable property manager on the Peninsula! She is very good with communication and always keeps me up to date with how my tenants are going. I can not recommend her and the PM team enough.

  We felt extremely comfortable dealing with Waterfront Properties. Kevin and Mark were really helpful and weren't pushy at all. We wouldn't hesitate to use Waterfront Properties in the future. Good feel to the place all round. Kevin just told it as it was.

  Tamara Borghardt has been a very friendly, thorough and dedicated Property Manager for my investment property, located in Brisbane North. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and after being in the industry for 15 years she is a wealth of knowledge. Thankyou Tamara!

  Was pleasantly surprised at the proffessionalism and responsivness of Stacie and Vanessa at Waterfront Properties during the pandemic. Made applying and moving into a new rental stress free and a pleasurable experience where it would usually not be at the best of times. Would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for a property manager or rental..
