#LetsGuide - David Graham Added March 21, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Neighbour used WD Surveys to survey a dividing fence line. Neighbour had a second boundary surveyed and wanted half payment. Phoned in morning and left message. Nobody returned call so had to call again in afternoon (never a good sign). Asked for a price on just the dividing fence. They said they did not get involved in neighbour diputes. I said I simply wanted a price on just the dividing fence line. They gave a verbal lower price which I asked to be put in writing so I had something firm when dealing with the neighbour over payment. They said they would think about it but didn't ask for an email address or contact information which means they had no intention of putting the quote in writing. I queried what there was to "think about" and why they could not put the verbal quote into writing. They hung up on me. As I will be paying half the bill I am in effect their client. Considering I will also need some surveying done in a few years time, a great way to deal with a future client!!! What arrogance...
